      I'm aware that because this blogshop is new, obviously most of you will take a few times to understand how we make a deal, do a selling, do a material sending, and steps to order! Most of you also maybe will ask me, when or where the best time or place to check a new updates. So, for this post, i dedicated this post for our beloved readers. Any questions can directly contact me or just click the link FAQ here.

       All material or service that we offered have including under T&C apply. So, you need to understand clearly what is our T&C. No need to have a headache or spend a long time to read it. Just understand a point and i'm sure you will be understand enough :-) . In this blogshop, the article are divided in two parts: Products and Information article. So, to find more information about any items that you want, just click this tab : OUR PRODUCT or OUR SERVICE. Other than that, you all also can click the link provided in any article or sidebar related to product.

TERMS USED:

Available : The items is in hand and ready to sold, you pay, we ship it immediately.

Unavailable : The items is not be ready yet to be sold.

Sold Out : Out of stock, zero stock.

Can be Restock : Possible to get a re - stock but require a times. Mostly in 1 - 2 weeks.

Inclusive Delivery Cost: You don't have to pay delivery cost. We pay. Usually for certain places depend on items.

UPDATES / FEEDBACK / NEWS / COMMENT..WHEN?

- We frequently checked our email every day. and to reply, it required some times, but don't worry! just 24 hours...your email will be replied :-)

- We updates our blogshop at least 1 article per week. (usually at the weekend)..

- Any order, pre - order, asking, feedback will be replied at 1 - 4 a.m depend on when we checked our email.

PAYMENT AND RESERVATION:

- The payment can be made using Maybank, CIMB and BSN. For international customer, for now we only accept a payment using paypal. 

- PLEASE BE ALERT WHEN FILL UP THE CONTACT FORM..any fraud, we will not tolerance. For proof of payment, for those who using an online banking or paypal, just send us (email) a print screen of your payment. If you make a payment using ATM or cash deposit, please do take note to send us an information about this: day,time and amount with your name. 

- DON'T MAKE A PAYMENT yet if you don't receive any response from us.  

- We only hold a reservation for 3 days, after that, the reservation will be cancelled. No need for deposit.

-  A GOOD NEWS for you, any payment and delivery will be not charge any tax charge. (For shipping and delivery, only the cost will be added)

ENQUIRE ABOUT PRODUCT :

- Please simply fill - in the ENQUIRY form

HOW TO MAKE ORDER :

- Check the information about the items : the item status , price , item code.

- Then, please simply fill - in the ORDER form

- Wait any respond from us. If not, don't hesitate to call us.

DELIVERY ITEMS / COST:

- We use pos laju or pos express for local delivery. ( For items more than 20 kg, we will use a vehicle such as lorry or car ).

- We provide shipping for overseas buyer.

- Certain items / product will not be included with delivery cost depend on customer place. Please re - check with us for confirmation.

COMMENT / DEMAND :

- If you want any info, or want us to write an article about something, just contact us and state what you want. Don't worry, we are not only sell a product, we also share a knowledge with you :-)
